Man, Justice League needs some better lady villains. I can't really think of any good ones that aren't exclusively Batman villains. I guess Granny Goodness is okay.

My favs were always the Batman Beyond villains! Like Harley Quinn and that one Egyptian lady with the sword that was thinner than an atom. I like this drawing very much :)
